Misc. July....

This is not going to be easy to sum up such a busy month! We have had such a fun summer and I'm so sad that school will be starting soon.We leave next week for Steven & Micaela's wedding so we really only have a week and a half to squeeze in everything...

Grant found a new love this summer....watermelon!! I think these pictures explain it all :)

The kids have been dirt biking behind the neighbors house. Grant & Chloe wanted to try out the 4 wheeler.

This is one of those moments where you're so proud to be their mom :)
Holy belly! We were laughing so hard we were practically crying when we pulled this picture up on the computer!
My handsome boys in the...barbie jeep...that dad has promised for years to repaint to boy colors. Luckily they don't care.
Swimming in the back yard. We have also been to Ross Park a few times, the splash park, and Rigby Lake a couple times. Next on the list is to try the new one in Rexburg, hopefully before school starts.

We took the kids to eye check-ups and found that Hallie has 2 cysts on her left eye. For the last 6 weeks she has had to have sunglasses on anytime she's outside and allergy drops twice a day. We'll find out next Mon. if they are UV or allergy related. Janessa also got a pair of glasses that are just for school.
Andrew decided this last weekend that he was tired of our steps out back so he rented a jack hammer and now they're gone! Hopefully he figures out soon what he really wants so we can use that door again...gotta love him :)
 Tyson making everyone laugh again.
Last Friday was the last day of swimming lessons so the kids got to jump off the diving board. Tyson was so scared and didn't want to go that day but he did great and loved it.

Family Reunion

My aunt and uncle planned an amazing family reunion this year. It was up at Green Canyon and had a pioneer theme. They made bonnets for all the girls that can also be aprons and cowboy hats for the boys. The kids panned for gold that morning and each had a bag to keep it in and a trading post where they could buys things. They played several different games and we all got to swim that afternoon.

4th of July

Better late than never..... We had our annual neighborhood firework show the night before the 4th. We are so grateful to have such wonderful neighbors and friends so close.
We went to the parade that morning which of course I forgot my camera for. That afternoon we went to my cousins for a bbq which I look forward to every year. Here's the twins, jk, my dad & grandpa.
Ness and Mal made up this little routine they kept doing over and over.
Hallie and G playing in the water.
Ty got a bloody nose and I don't even remember why now...?
That night we went to the fireworks down at the river. We were so worried about how Grant would do staying up that late...he did fine, it was Ty that couldn't stay awake :)
This is Andrew's firework wound from setting them off at the neighbors :)
Here's the cousins doing sparklers.....fun day! We are so blessed to live in this free country and I'm so grateful for all those serving our country.

Island Park

My parents rented a cabin in Island Park last weekend and we had such a blast. It was the perfect location and we had lots of sunshine. We spent most of the time outside riding bikes. There was a 1/4 mile loop of cabins with hardly any traffic that was the perfect little bike ride.

Sat. we met my mom' family at Big Jud's then went into West Yellowstone and saw High School Musical at the Playmill Theatre. My grandparents take us every year, we really look forward to it. One of the singers grabbed Grant and had him on the stage singing to him. They also had Hallie out there dancing with them :) The play was so good. Afterwards we came back and made s'mores.

We spent a good part of Sat. tie-dying shirts for the 4th of July. My parents went to a lot of work getting everyone a shirt and learning how to do it... not sure what went wrong but all the colors mixed together when we rinsed them out and we all ended up with pink shirts! Sad....they still made for a cute family picture that we will never forget :)

G never lets go of his daddy.
On the way home Sunday we stopped at Mesa Falls. They are so amazing!

June Misc.

I can't believe June is over! So sad only 2 more months of summer. I think it has gone by so fast because we've been at t-ball games Mon.-Thurs. every week this month. Janessa and Tyson have had a blast playing and I will get pictures put on as soon as I get them off my phone.

We have 3 horses in our backyard now and it has been really fun. This field has been empty since we moved in and now it's like we all of a sudden live on a farm :)
Father's Day...Hallie & Janessa both made Andrew ties at Activity Days so he spent all morning finding a way to tie them together so he could wear them both to church :)

Janessa will play with little toys for hours. She wouldn't let me take her picture (or video her haha). I will so miss this some day :)

A few pictures of Grant. He is getting so big and brave. He loves to be outside more than anything and we have fun taking lots of pictures of him.

A few of Grant & Chloee. It's so funny because Grant is so much bigger. No one would ever guess they were born on the same day. They either hug or hit each other!
